Company activities and impact

Shiatsu For Change has been able to offer Shiatsu treatments for voluntary donations to women who are suffering from long term health problems and wouldn’t usually be able to access this work. We have also been able to offer Qigong classes free to support health and wellbeing. Last year we ran pilot projects with other local VSO’s to run a trial Shiatsu Project in primary schools, and a trial project with Devon and Cornwall refugee services. This year we are hoping to work with student volunteers.

Consultation with stakeholders

The directors have an AGM where all the work we do is consulted on, the participants in the projects we run fill in evaluation forms as well as giving lots of informal verbal feedback, we base our work on these conversations and feedback.
