1. | STATUTORY INFORMATION |

2. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The partnership relies on the support of its members and its bankers in order to continue to trade. The ability of the LLP to continue to pay its debts as they fall due is reliant on the continued renewal of its banking facilities and cash injection from the members to service its debt. The members have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis and have confirmed that their support will continue for the foreseeable future, and they anticipate the continued support of the LLP's bankers. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result in the withdrawal of the support of the members or of the LLP's bankers. |
Tangible fixed assets |
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. |
Freehold property - 2.5% on cost |
Improvements to property - 2.5% on cost |
Fixtures and fittings - 25% on reducing balance |
Computer equipment - 33% on reducing balance |
Current asset investments |
Current asset investments are shown at the directors' estimate of market value, which is reviewed annually. Any aggregate surplus of deficit arising from changes in market value is transferred to a revaluation reserve. |

The balance owed from the LLP to Bell Meadow Limited at the year end is £217,795 (2022: £217,795). |
At 31 May 2023 the LLP was owed £9,341 (2022: £9,341) from Henbury Polo Limited, a company controlled by S J Taylor, for costs such as fuel paid for on that company's behalf. This amount is included in trade debtors. |
At 31 May 2023 the LLP owed Taylor Jordan partnership, of whom S J Taylor and N R Jordan are members, £116,954 (2022: £116,954), in respect of a loan that Taylor Jordan partnership had made to Bell Meadow Property Developments LLP. |
