1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Represents the service charges requested from the lessees in the year.

Taxation
The company is not subject to corporation tax unless the interest received from balance in the deposit account exceed £100.

Trust status
In accordance with the company's interpretation of section 42 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987, any service charge monies collected from lessees are held on trust. The reserves and net assets shown are therefore held in trust for the lessees benefit.

7. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company has reimbursed a total of (£1,033 (2022 £864) to Anumerate Ltd, a business owned by a member of the company, in respect of bookkeeping services, and £1,863 (2022 £1,002) in respect of administration services and disbursements related to preparation of invoices and statements, and the Annual General Meeting.

In addition the company has paid £21 (2022 £270) to a director of Matbrick Properties Limited, J Sheppard, for electrical work.

8. FRC ETHICAL STANDARD - PROVISIONS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ENTITIES

In common with many other businesses of our size and nature we use our auditors to prepare and submit returns to the tax authorities and assist with the preparation of the financial statements.
