Company activities and impact

Salty Swims provides free community swimming session for the community. Salty Swims Blue Health Project is a physical, mental and social exercise that aims to offer support through open water swimming and immersion those struggling or suffering with their health and well being - be that issues with addiction, anxiety, mental health or depression. In conjunction with the physical aspects of swimming, we encourage honest and open communication of fear and trust in everyday living. Salty Swims offers much more than a swimming experience that teaches safe swimming practices; it is a wonderful opportunity for people to face their fears, improve communication techniques, build relationships, enhance confidence and self esteem and to become socially active regardless of age, ability and background in a safe environment. The project is based in Cornwall and primarily aimed at the users within the mental health and GP services, but is open to all.
