Within the financial year the company has continued to develop the blackeducation.com website to include an online encyclopaedia with educational articles on black history, genealogy, psychology, economics and other topics. The website also hosts directories for black books, podcasts, supplementary schools, tutoring services, black businesses and more. The development of each directory is a continuous working progress as we continue to build up our network and audience. The website is fast becoming more and more helpful and beneficial to pupils, parents and schools, being a free and 24/7 accessible valuable resource. Our online encyclopaedia includes posts from various writers and authors in the UK and USA and we have really grown our online and offline community exponentially within the last year. The company has started planning the first Black Education festival in-person event to take place in spring 2024.
The company stakeholders are the websites users; audience, readers and subscribers. We ask our users for feedback on how they find our services and information by filling out a short survey online and contact sheet. This feedback helps us to understand how we can better improve our services and identify what other services we can provide to help our community. Through feedback we have added a podcast directory, we have added various different books to our directory and have had educational articles written on topics that have been deemed important to our community.
