Over the first accounting period, the organisation has delivered a number of events including: - - Teenagers Camp (100 participants from BAME communities) - Female Adults Retreat (40 participants from marginalised communities) - supported in providing funded residentials through a number of organisations and nearly 400 young people from marginalised communities residing in areas of multiple deprivation have benefitted. We have worked with a number of partners to provide opportunities in STEM fields to young people and adults breaking down barriers to entry.
The company’s stakeholders are young people and adults from marginalised communities across the UK. We have targeted the stakeholders of grass root organisations working with young people from communities facing a number of barrier to access. We ask everyone attending our events what support and needs they have and how we can tailor services to meet their needs. We have regular correspondence with organisations to ensure we are fully aware of their needs and can provide bespoke solutions.
