THE HEALTH EMPLOYMENT HUB CIC PROVIDES A RANGE OF HOLISTIC SERVICESTO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC, HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELLBEING OF TRADITIONALLY MARGINALISED AND SOCIAL EXCLUDED COMMUNITIES.OVER THE YEAR WE HAVE HELD VARIOUS SESSIONS ON DEVELOPING THE CVs OF INDIVIDUALLS, HELP INDIVIDUALS TO FIND A SUITABLE JOB FOR THEM. WE ALSO HELD TRAINING SESSIONS TO DEVELOP THE SKILLS OF THE INDIVIDUALS IN DIFFERENT FIELDS.
OUR STALKHOLDERS INCLUDE ALL ORGANISATIONS WHO SUPPORT OUR HEALTH ND ECONOMIC INITIATIVES. WE ENGAGE WITH A DIVERSE RANGE OF ORGANISATIONS INCLUDING AUTHORITIES, SOCIAL ENTERPRISE, HEALTH AGENCIES, CHARITIES ON A REGULAR BASIS AND ENCOURAGE PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITES.FIRST AND FOREMOST, WE CONDUCT REASERCH IN ORDER TO ASSESS AND FIND THE DEMAND OF THE COMMUNITY. WE CONDUT SUCH RESEARCH BY ENGAGIN WITH LOCAL COMMUNITY AND OTHER STALKHOLDERS.BASED ON THE CONSULTATION WITH OUR STAKLHOLDERS, WE DRAFT AN ACTION PLAN AND THE BUDGET REQUESTED TO IMPLEMENT THE ACTIVITY.
