Let’s Cook Project is a social enterprise that aims to give children and adults knowledge, skills and confidence to cook from scratch. Having the ability to cook is a key life skill and delivers benefits including improved physical, emotional and mental health, reduction in food waste, ability to cook and eat on a budget, improved self-confidence, and reduced social isolation. Our mission is to give the nation skills, knowledge and confidence to cook from scratch, concentrating our efforts on the most vulnerable in society who may not have access to these skills.
