For the year ending 31 March 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
The company is currently supported by its directors. It has net liabilities at the year end, however, if the amounts owed to directors are removed from the balance sheet, it would leave the company with net assets of £483,003. Further amounts of £405,128 are owed to related companies controlled by the director.
The directors are satisfied the at the appropriate time of approval of the financial statements there is no significant concern that the company will be unable to continue operating. On this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from the withdrawal of support by the directors or related companies as this is wholly within the directors control and not something they intend to withdraw in the foreseeable future.

Transactions with related parties
Laurel Properties Limited is deemed a related party by virtue of common control. As at 31 March
2023 Laurel Properties Limited was owed £163,205 by the company (2022 - £163,205).
Redwood Estates Limited is deemed a related party by virtue of common control. As at 31 March
2023 Redwood Estates Limited was owed £203,923 by the company (2022 - £203,923).
Melard Limited is deemed a related party by virtue of common control. As at 31 March
2023 Melard Limited was owed £38,000 by the company (2022 - £38,000).
At the year end, the director, P Havard, was owed £747,410 by the company (2022 - £754,410).
No interest has been charged on any of these amounts outstanding.
During the year, the company paid a management charge of £4,150 (2020 - £4,200) to L Havard
(daughter of the directors).
No other transactions with related parties were undertaken such as is required to be disclosed under
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
