TURNOVER |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
STOCKS |
Stocks are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value. |
GOING CONCERN |
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis on the assumption that the company will continue to trade in the foreseeable future. The basis may not be appropriate because as at 30 June 2023 the company's liabilities exceeded its assets by £1,398,187 (2022 £1,393,532).The directors are of the opinion that with the continued support of the company's shareholder and third party lenders, the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for payment. |

Other creditors include a loan of £1,324,336 (2022 £1,021,696) which is secured over the property "Westview", Main Road, Bickanacre, Chelmsford. CM3 4HW. The property is held as trading stock of the company. |

Other creditors include £699,368 (2022 £696,468) due to Mr Carl Adair, director of the company. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand. |
