Ownership of residential properties in the UK .

Additional information

During this period we kept rents near previous levels to assist out tenants . However interest costs rose sharply thus a much reduced taxable profit . Moving on , in the current tax year as tenants left we have been able to redecorate and relet the houses at market rents . We have also increased rents nearer ( yet still below ) market rents .
