The company held an annual market at the local school. We ensured that most of the vendors were local and had local charity Greener and Cleaner as well as the Shortlands Residents Association at the market representing the area and building community. The school grounds are large and by providing free entertainment and crafts for the children, we created a space where familes & locals could interact and spend the day enjoying the company and connecting with local suppliers while enjoying local food and drinks. The school hosted a dog show on the same day so a broader reach of the neighbourhood attended and we created a fun safe space for people to interact.
