The company had not yet begun to trade during this reporting period.(The company began trading when it received its first income in September2023)Nevertheless, residents have continued to take a positive interest in the company and its aims and are planning potential future activities and how they might help.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are the residents of the ‘Elm Village’ housing estate and nearby neighbourhoods.The company attends every meeting of the local tenants and residents’ association (EVTRA) and reports on activity to date and future activities planned. This is followed by an open discussion between residents and the company.Information is also shared with occasional leaflets and an email address residents can write to.
