The Investment Property is carried at fair value. No depreciation is provided. The historical cost of the property is £6,360,852 (2022:£6,360,852). The 2023 valuations were made by the directors, on an open market value for existing use basis.

6. Creditors: amounts falling due within one year note

Creditors are measured at the transaction price. The bank borrowings of £8,615,247 is split between £8,610,247 which is secured and £5,000 which is unsecured.
