Company activities and impact

During this financial year, AACP branched out into London. Our aim was to continue to promote The Arts with various shows, galleries and events in London, particularly in the East London/Whitechapel area. We spent the first few months of the financial year networking and attending key events in the area, supporting local artists and musicians. We made contact with many artists and musicians from around the world which wished to be a part of our vision of promoting The Arts whilst also raising money for vulnerable children in Albania with our partner The Kennedy Foundation (See our Articles of Association).Unfortunately, due to many setbacks beyond our control, mostly due to venues pulling out, all of our shows this financial year fell through. However, we were able to join forces with another local charity, Liminal Arts, and provided music at their opening show in Whitechapel, performing music from Albania in a key Arts venue. The music was incredibly well received and the launch night and gallery were a great success. Despite the challenges of this financial year, we were still able to receive donations and a payment will be made to support the work of the Kennedy Foundation in Korce, Albania, in accordance with the Regulator.
