    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    as this was our 1st year no turnover was recieved

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    a property was purchased 09/01/23 at tyhe cost of £71000 with the help of a directors loan of £81000. materials, fixtures and fittings werre purchasewd and work was ongoing as of 30/06/23. a laptop was also purchased 08/09/22 for business purposes.
