New Rhein is evaluating the need for this entity in connection with its ownership in New Rhein (UK) Advisory LLP and plans to make a final determination as to whether it needs to remain open in the next twelve months. In preparation for the possibility of closing the entity, New Rhein closed its bank account and the entity has had no cash transactions since the account's closure.
