Management fees of £8,850 were paiyable to R A McLeod & Co Ltd for managing the property and conducting lettings. |

The deferred tax provision is £167,010. This is the capital gains tax payable, if the property were to be sold. |

9. | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS |
The accountancy fees of £3,300 were paid to R A McLeod & Co, Chartered Accountants, of which the director R A McLeod is the principal.The fees are at normal market rates. |
