    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover reports the income arising to the CIC from sales of its products and services and is stated net of vat if applicable.

    Valuation information and policy

    Valuation of assets is at the lower of costs and their expected net realisable value.

Company activities and impact

The company seeks to help the community by supporting the integrated health and social care services in the Wimbledon locality through the provision of therapy to members of that community. Unfortunately events have meant that the directors have been unable to initiate this service by the reporting date for these financial statements and at present remain uncertain over whether to take matters forward or not.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders, should the CIC continue, will be members of the community whose mental health has been compromised and providers of services that can help support those members. No consultations have yet taken place with any stakeholder.
