1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

Turnover
Turnover represents amounts receivable for rental income and for the sale of developed properties.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Plant and machinery etc - 33% on reducing balance

Going concern
The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, despite selling all investment properties during the year, and have therefore used the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.

At the balance sheet date, Beniton Investments Limited owed an amount of £45,615 (2022: £31,465) to the company. Mr L Bentley is also a director of Beniton Investments Limited.
