COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

QUALITY FUTURES C.I.C.

Company Number: 09562767 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 March 2024

Company activities and impact

The company seeks to help the community through a systems based approach that recognises that we are all nested in a wider community and our actions both influence the community and are influenced by it. We have undertaken one substantive project. This is a course combining an online element with a subsequent workshop. It is aimed at building an integrated approach to health and social care using resources in the local community; in its present form it is aimed at GP practices but can be adapted if required. It is unusual in that the course leads to bottom up initiatives which we believe will result in more robust solutions that result in enduring benefits to the communities that adopt this approach. For a number of reasons, including the current state of the NHS, this course was put on hold but it remains relevant and will be marketed during the current year.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are health providers to the local community. We have had discussions with ICS (Integrated Care Systems) and PCN (Primary Care Networks). As a major restructure of this part of the NHS is taking place this has not been a good time to introduce our product. We have also discussed with individual GPs, community nursing providers and a specialist community care provider able to deliver the product. Unfortunately no-one has yet taken up the product
