The company runs a small housing trust that provides short-term tenancies to the homeless in shared accommodation to reduce homelessness and rough sleeping until they find suitable accommodation. In 2022-2023, the company provided accommodation for six tenants and is currently seeking ways to increase this number in the coming year.
