Company activities and impact

In line with our commitment to enhancing community wellbeing and supporting mental health, this year marked the successful establishment of our training centre. This initiative aligns with our strategic goals of providing targeted mental health support and education to the community.Training Centre OperationsThe training centre, launched in early 2023, has been actively conducting weekly training workshops focused on various aspects of mental health. These workshops are designed to educate participants on mental health awareness, coping mechanisms, and strategies to support others facing mental health challenges.Weekly WorkshopsEach week, our centre hosts a workshop led by professionals in the field of psychology and mental health. These sessions cover a broad range of topics, including stress management, emotional resilience, and mindfulness. The workshops have been well-received, with consistent attendance and positive feedback from participants who appreciate the practical knowledge and supportive environment.One-on-One SessionsApart from group workshops, the centre offers personalized one-on-one sessions. Since our opening, we have conducted individual sessions with 14 different individuals, providing them with tailored support and guidance. To ensure the effectiveness of our programs and to align our operations with the needs of the community, we have implemented a robust stakeholder consultation process:Feedback from Tutors: Regular meetings are held with our tutors to gather feedback on the curriculum and teaching methods. This feedback is vital for refining our training content and delivery to enhance learning outcomes.Attendee Feedback: We conduct individual meetings with training attendees to gather their feedback and suggestions. This direct input helps us to tailor our sessions more effectively to meet the participants’ needs.Learning from One-on-One Sessions: Insights gained from one-on-one sessions are used to inform our broader training strategies, ensuring that we address common and emerging issues faced by our community members.Collaboration with Partner Organisations: We work closely with other organisations in the mental health space to share resources, insights, and best practices.
