During the period the company has been serving its community, which consists of people who are in need (regardless of their age, race or religion) of its services in the UK. The company has performed these services by providing:-a) medical education and training to healthcare trainees and professionals working with patients who are either detained within the Criminal Justice System (CJS) and/or who are members of other vulnerable patient groups such as the mentally ill;b) education of healthcare trainees & professionals in the ethics of healthcare;c) delivery of clinical medical services to patients who are either detained within CJS and/or who are members of other vulnerable patient groups such as the mentally ill.Specific examples of activities that the company has performed in the year ended 31 December 2023 include:a) lecturing on line to medical students & trainee doctors about various career options for working as a doctor within the CJS, the specific medical issues that arise within patients who are detained within the CJS, the specific medical issues that arise within patients who are alleged victims of sexual crimes, and the ethical issues that are specifically relevant to CJS doctors such as torture & ill treatment;b) providing Out of Hours (OOH) GP clinical services to HMP patients;c)providing specialist medical education for its prison doctors;d) running a free & pro bono expert witness service for prisoners alleging torture &/or other ill treatment, accessible to those in the UK, Europe and resource poor non-European countries;e) providing a regular humanitarian prison and police station telemedicine service in the same resource poor countries that lack state run offender healthcare;f) providing hybrid medical placements for & specialist medical education to senior medical students who are on their 'electives' in prison in both the UK and resource poor countries;g) developing our clinic & educational base in the same resource poor countries so that the above mentioned activities can flourish with great vigour and more safety.Therefore the company has benefitted its community by providing it with good quality, relatively low cost and, in some cases, free clinical & educational medical services.
