Work in progress is valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value and it relates to the property acquisition costs. |

These are classed as a basic financial liability. As such these are initially recognised at the transaction price and the interest is measured using the effective interest method. |
Debtors and creditors receivable / payable within one year |
Debtors and creditors with no stated interest rate and receivable or payable within one year are recorded at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the profit and loss account in other administrative expenses. |
Turnover |
There was no turnover prior to the balance sheet date. |
Turnover will be recognised when the property has been developed and sold. |
