Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Going concern |
The company relies on the support of the management agent to provide it with working capital. The directors have considered the likely income and expenditure of the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and determined that, with the ongoing support of the management agent, the company will be able to generate sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due and that, as a result it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the basis that the company is a going concern. |
Turnover |
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
Turnover is recognised on an invoice basis with income carried forward in advance where the invoice relates to a period after the year end. |
Taxation |
Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Statement of Income and Retained Earnings, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |

5. | AGENCY ARRANGEMENTS |
The company uses Snape Management Solutions Limited as management agent for the collection of rents and payment of costs. During the previous period remedial work to the roof was carried out directly with the contractors and not through Snape Management Solutions Limited's agency arrangements. |

6 Jenner Walk Management Ltd owns the freehold to the property that it manages. No value has been included in these financial statements, as the value of the freehold is deemed by the directors to be unascertainable without undue cost. |
