Company activities and impact

The company provides a range of counselling, training and holistic and therapies alongside wellbeing events and workshops that are open to the entire community at accessible costs.As an approved CPCAB centre, we offer quality training p to level 4 Diploma, at competitive rates. Using the surplus from full-fee paying students, we have been offered 2 bursary places for level 4, meaning that by June 2024, we expect to have 2 fully qualified counsellors who would not have been financially able to access this training without our support.We continue to offer free Reiki treatments to anyone who needs them every week and are in the final stages of launching a Low Cost Counselling Service to meet the needs of our local and wider communities from December 2023.Whilst we do have to make a charge for most services to cover our cost, we continue to keep our treatment, room hire and training fees as low as we can to allow access to as wide a range of services as possible.

Our filed accounts show consultancy fees paid to Directors over the course of the year in recompense for their time. expertise and support for the activities of the business including teaching of courses and workshops.There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director's loss of office, which require to be disclosed
