Since formation of the CIC in July 2022 we have been awarded funding from the Bairdwatson Trust, North Ayrshire Council Childrens Health and Wellbeing Fund, OWL funding as well as being employed by Ayrshire Cancer Services and Children 1st charities to deliver family fun sessions outdoors.In total 56 young people and adults were offered places on our outdoor sessions with an average attendance of just under 65%.Accreditation gained included the Junior Scottish Countryside Rangers Award, The RSPB Wild Challenge Bronze Award, The John Muir Awards and the Saltire Award. Participants also had the opportunity to take part in various nature based arts and crafts, outdoor cooking and campfire activities.
