Company activities and impact

The company runs fitness classes for the community encouraging all members of all abilities to join in and keep moving and keep fit. The additional needs class “Swoove Stars” is especially welcomed by the local charity Embark who benefit from a regular weekly class and 'Swoove Life' which is taught once a month in local care homes as well. It also organises frequent fundraising events for local charitiesPer class there are between 12 - 25 people, 6 classes per week. So approx. 90 classes so far in 2024 and approx. 1,620 participants joining in.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are a mixture of men and women over the age of 30. Most come to the classes, but some just volunteer at the charity events. They give feedback after fundraising events and after new classes are added. This is via email, but also at a relaxed meeting held once a year. The feedback is directed back to the director of Swoove Fitness if she is not present.
