During the year R Estwick had a director's loan account with the company. The loan is interest free and there are no fixed terms of repayment. The balance outstanding at the balance sheet date was £1,513 [owed to the company] (2022 : £1,845 [owed to R Estwick]) and the maximum balance outstanding during the year was £6,391 (2022 : £0).

To the extent that any part of the loan remains outstanding by 31 March 2024 the company would be required to pay 33.75% tax, subsequently recoverable on the repayment of the loan.

The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered.
