These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with section 444(2A).

Kifli Properties Ltd is a company limited by shares and is incorporated in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is C/O Bluewater, Quadrant Court, 49 Calthorpe Road, Birmingham, B15 1TH. The nature of the company's operations and its principal activity was that of property investment.

Accounting policies

Significant accounting policies
The company's financial statements have been prepared in compliance with Section 1A of FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland' and the Companies Act 2006.

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and on a going concern basis. The financial statements comprise the unaudited financial statements of the company up to 31 October each year, and are stated in pound sterling, the company's functional and presentational currency.

The principal accounting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below, these policies have been applied consistently to all the periods presented, unless otherwise stated.
Going concern basis
The director has formed a judgement, at the time of approving the financial statements, that there is an expectation that the Company, with the support of its shareholders, has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being at least twelve months from the date of the financial statements. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements as set out in the going concern section of the Directors' Report.
Turnover
Turnover comprises of rental income receivable during the period.
