Report to the director on the preparation of the unaudited statutory accounts of Grosvenor House (Bishop's Stortford) Management Ltd for the year ended 30 November 2023
To assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, I have prepared for your approval the accounts of Grosvenor House (Bishop's Stortford) Management Ltd which comprise the Income and Expenditure Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes, from the company’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
As a practising member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/en/member/professional-standards/rules-standards/acca-rulebook.html.
This report is made to the director of Grosvenor House (Bishop's Stortford) Management Ltd , as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 01 May 2024. 1. General Information
Grosvenor House (Bishop's Stortford) Management Ltd is a private company, limited by guarantee, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 02989362 . The registered office is C/o Bright Willis, 1323 Stratford Road, Hall Green, Birmingham, West Midlands, B28 9HH.
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to the maintenance of the common parts of the property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
