The company, established in August 2022, has supported the community with a focus on minority groups and families with SEN children. During the financial year 2022-2023 the company's activities have benefited the community in the following ways:- Ukraine refugees have received practical (aid with job applications, interview skills, school places, housing, clothing and toiletries, host placements and signposting to local services. and pastoral support ( offering group and one-to-one support.) tailored to meet their individual needs.- SOULSTATION CIC, worked with other local Charites and organisations in facilitating several community gatherings, observing key dates. catering for Ukraine refugees, their host families and other minority groups, seeking sanctuary. - SOULSTATION CIC responded to the needs of families with children on the spectrum/ awaiting diagnosis offering support and guidance along with hosting several events for them to attend, focusing on providing a safe and friendly environment for children to play and for their carers to form friendship and support for one anther. - SOULSTATION CIC, organised the Christmas Angel Project to support children in need within the local community during the Christmas period to ensure they received gifts at Christmas. working with local schools , foodbank and government agencies in identifying and distribution of gifts. - Many of the projects provided an opportunity for community engagement, volunteer opportunities and collaboration with community groups and spaces.
