COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

ACTUALLY EDUCATION CIC

Company Number: 13451301 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 30 June 2024

Company activities and impact

Actually Education CIC continued to develop its social media channels to engage with its community and provide resources. We have developed a number of our own resources, which were hosted on our website. We conducted interviews with our community and people in the public eye, and have undertaken further research. Unfortunately no further funding was received and this limited our ability to continue as an organisation. We have therefore taken the decision to cease operating and all of our social media channels and website have now been taken down as the funds were not there to continue them.

Consultation with stakeholders

Despite best efforts Listening Circles stopped being a functioning idea in 2024 and none were held. We consulted via our social media channels, predominantly Instagram and Facebook and held interviews with people living with various neurodiverse conditions. Unfortunately no further funding was received and this limited our ability to continue as an organisation. We have therefore taken the decision to cease operating and all of our social media channels and website have been taken down.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
