As described on the balance sheet, you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 set out on pages 3-5 and you consider that the company is exempt from an audit. In accordance with your instructions I have compiled these unaudited financial statements in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities from the accounting records and information supplied to me.
In my opinion these accounts, which have been drawn up on an accruals basis from the records maintained by the Company, are a fair summary of service charge and other expenditure incurred for the year ended 31 December 2023, and are sufficiently supported by invoices, receipts and other documents produced to me.

1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2022: 1 ).
For the year ending 31 December 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
