Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 October 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

3. Fixed investments

Fixed investments comprise of residential properties for investment purposes. Either being rented out or undergoing refurbishment. All are expected to be owned for the medium to long term. Revaluation of these will be done annually on the 31st of October.

4. Creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year note

This figure includes the only creditor as being director loans made to the company.It is not expected that any repayment of these loans will be made during the next 12 months.Interest is paid on the loans outstanding on a monthly basis paid for out of monthly income being generated.The company does expect to borrow funds from banks or suitable investors but only if suitable investment property can be acquired.

5. Loans to directors

The company does not expect to loan any funds to directors. This goes against the company principle of generating maximum return from invested funds for the benefit of investors and shareholders.
