The company delivers STEM outreach in schools through hands on activity, workshops and career talks. We offer other services to schools such as mentoring, and after school clubs, with a particular emphasis on encouraging young people and especially underrepresented individuals to pursue STEM careers. The company opened for business in 2012. During the financial year 2023-2024, The organization's activities have benefited the community in the following ways:- local schools have been provided more STEM support that aligns with STEM initiatives within their curriculum to support educating and raising more awareness. As well as our outreach is in alignment with schools Gatsby benchmarks- More students have increased awareness of STEM, STEM career pathways and opportunities.- More students have become more employable to pursue a career in STEM and inspired by the industry professionals that deliver the outreach workshops- Kids have benefited from after school clubs that dedicate more focus into promoting STEM careers and more insight into what STEM jobs entail
