Company activities and impact

In the space provided below, please insert a general account of the company’s activities in the financial year to which the report relates, including a description of how they have benefited the community. In this third year of activity Eos continued to widen the company’s customer base and increasing the volume of work undertaken1 - Provide an affordable and professional business analyst and consultancy service to the community and voluntary sector; Eos delivered 7 consultancy contracts for community and voluntary sector organisations. Reports were completed to a high standard for an affordable fee and were subsequently used by the clients to develop further projects within their organisations. Our working included evaluation and impact measurement and the development of strategic and operational plans.2- Provide consultancy services to public sector organisations which focus on stakeholder engagement, community sector support and development and project development and evaluation. In delivering such services, Eos will ensure community involvement is authentic and meaningful and contributes to service and policy development; Eos was involved in facilitating community engagement activities for 5 public sector contracts during this financial year. We brought a focus on meaningful and authentic community participation to local authority engagement on themes of ageing well, tackling poverty, community development and cohesion and peace and reconciliation. We continue to provide our clients with honest feedback from stakeholders and individuals with lived experience as basis to review and develop their plans.
