With our ever growing reach for our women's mental health peer support groups, we are able to continue to provide safe, confidential and non-judgemental spaces for women, 18+ who are living with poor mental health. The groups give women the opportunities to talk about living with their mental health conditions, allowing them to offer load, talk about managing their conditions, and also receive signposting to other agencies that are able to help them. Our groups can help prevent female suicide, providing spaces where positive dialogues about mental health can be held. We currently offer 8 groups for women's mental health, with several more groups to be established by the Autumn. We also offer peer support groups for women living with the effects of Peri/Menopause. These groups mean that women are able to discuss sensitive topics in spaces where they feel held, heard and valued.
