Consultation with stakeholders

Our stakeholders are: - The public - SEND families- AAP and the council - SEND young people and adultsBecause we employ experts by experience, we seek to gain constant feedback from our employees on what makes our work environment accessible and what is needed for disabled people to thrive in awork environment. We liaise with the SEND families we work with in terms of what is accessible, what they need, services which entail lengthy waits and what day to day struggles look like for such families. We also liaise with schools regarding the support they receive through statutory services and where gaps in knowledge and ability may exist. We use this to drive what we do to ensure that provision meets gaps and needs. Whoever uses the website and provides feedback to us, we also utilise in website improvements. We also gain thoughts and feedback from our staff in terms of what would make the website more user friendly.
