Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Fixed assets |
The company owns no fixed assets, but has entered into an agreement with Freehold Managers (Nominees) Limited to lease the 14 properties known as Surrey House which are collectively at 77 79 New Road, |
Chilworth Surrey GU4 8LP. |
Premier Ridgemount Ltd who developed the said properties, sold the freehold to Freehold Properties (Nominees) Limited in March 2002. A 125 year leases were granted as from 25 March 2001 at a rental of £250 per annum per flat,during the first 33 years. These rents are paid directly to the Freehold Company rather than through the Management Company. |
The company paid no premium for this lease. |
