8. | GOING CONCERN |
As at the balance sheet date net current liabilities were £9,468 (2022: £6,104) |
The directors have carried out a detailed review of the cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements for the 12 months from the signing of the financial statements, incorporating the ongoing impact of Ukraine war, the impact of inflation and high level of interest on the UK economy in general and the operations of the business and tenants. The Directors have concluded that the Company will have sufficient resources to meet its trading liabilities as and when they fall due for at least 12 months from signing these financial statements |
