Nurturing Your Needs (NYN) is a social enterprise that works with young students between the age of 13-18 years, holding workshops to open career advice, motivational and resilience training. We also aim to provide work experience programme giving students opportunities to experience in the business sector. Our stakeholders are school, colleges, local authorities and community of Thurrock. As our Outreach programme is connecting with student, we have to reach out to school and colleges in Thurrock to inform them of what we aim to achieve. Our social enterprise is beneficial to community as it encourages young people to stay in school and further education. By helping those struggling with mainstream education, they will be motivated and encouraged and believe that their chosen can turn into career.
