Company activities and impact

During the financial year, our company has been actively involved in several initiatives aimed at fostering community development and personal growth. These activities reflect our commitment to social responsibility and the betterment of the communities we serve.1. Nike and Spotify Mindset and Dance Programme: This programme, in collaboration with Nike and Spotify, was designed to promote physical health and mental well-being through dance. By integrating motivational content from Spotify and professional guidance from Nike, participants experienced a holistic approach to fitness. This initiative not only encouraged a healthy lifestyle but also provided a creative outlet for stress relief, benefiting numerous community members, especially the youth.2. GLA Outreach Fund: Through the GLA Outreach Fund, we have extended our support to various community projects. This fund has been instrumental in providing resources for educational programmes, community events, and local non-profits. By addressing specific needs within the community, the fund has enhanced social cohesion and provided opportunities for underserved populations.3. Functional Skills Maths and English Programme: Recognizing the importance of foundational skills, our Functional Skills Maths and English Programme aimed to improve literacy and numeracy among adults and young learners. This programme provided tailored learning experiences to help participants achieve essential qualifications, thereby improving their employability and everyday life skills.4. Entrepreneurship Programme: Our Entrepreneurship Programme was designed to nurture and support aspiring entrepreneurs. Through workshops, mentorship, and access to resources, participants learned how to start and grow their businesses. This initiative not only stimulated economic growth but also empowered individuals to turn their ideas into viable enterprises, contributing to job creation and innovation within the community.5. Social Media Marketing Accredited Course with Prince’s Trust: In partnership with the Prince’s Trust, we offered an accredited course in social media marketing. This course equipped young people with the skills needed to navigate the digital landscape effectively. By providing knowledge on creating and managing social media campaigns, the programme enhanced their career prospects and enabled them to leverage social media for personal and professional growth.Overall, these activities have had a significant positive impact on the community by promoting health and wellness, enhancing educational opportunities, supporting economic development, and empowering individuals with the skills necessary for personal and professional success. We remain committed to our role as a catalyst for positive change and look forward to continuing our efforts in the coming years.
