Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

Loans and other debts due to members rank equally with debts due to other unsecured creditors in the event of a winding up. During the year the partners in the LLP lent money to the LLP to buy the property and start the process of obtaining planning and developing the site. It is the intention that the partners will contribute equally to the scheme. At the year end Wedge Homes Ltd were owed £84,453 (2021 : £75,905) and JW Cline Road Ltd £75,000 (2021 : £75,000).
