Principal activities of the company

Happilife CIC was formed to improve the well-being through a range of techniques and activities. Set up by Clare Kelly to use her experience within the charity sector to apply for grants and deliver services within the local community (LB of Havering). Sarah Robinson joint Director has experience in Coaching and mentoring and is experienced and passionate about family, young people, carers and womens servicesIn the first year Happilife CIC has used the time to make connections with tutors, venues, and the local authority and developed fundraising ideas and building their on line presence to gain supports

Consultation with stakeholders

Feedback and consultation was gathered from the community to gain evidence on issues faced, potential solutions and also logistical information including suitable timings and budgets. This information has been complied and will be used in applications for grants and to deliver services.

“no directors were employed by the CIC in the year, however total payments of £55 were made to director x 1 (Clare Kelly) for services and repayment to business costs including £35
