Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The balance sheet shows a deficit of £422,747 (2022: £429,974). The director by taking account of all relevant information currently available, considers that the company will be able to meet all debts as they fall due. The director has indicated the parent company's willingness to support the company for the foreseeable future. Under these circumstances, he is of the opinion that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis. |
