In the period November 2022 to January 2024, we have spent out time setting up communications infrastructure – such as our website and social media channels. We’ve worked on our business and communication plans and started to build a bank for free educational materials for the public on equality for all characteristics plus class. The educational materials created are by people with lived experience of inequality or have a solution to an inequality. We also spent our first 18 months setting up business infrastructure and administration, including as registering our office, planning documents. Additional to this we added one more director to the company. The two directors attended seminars on equality to build business networks and also met with charities who could support building a more equal, equitable and representative workforces and in turn make their organisations more inclusive to those who need their services.
