The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual unaudited financial statements. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Statement of Financial Position. In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Belbroughton Storage Company Limited for the year ended 31 March 2024 which comprise the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Changes in Equity and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

9. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
Mr M.J. Anson and Mrs V.E. Anson are both also directors and shareholders of Clarkson Controls Limited. Mr M.J. Anson is also a director and shareholder of C Squared Building Automation Limited. |
Clarkson Controls Limited paid £69 (2023: £788) to Belbroughton Storage Company Limited during the year. Interest of £9,000 (2023: £11,900) accumulated on the total loan over the period. At the year end, Clarkson Controls Limited was owed £325,156 (2023: £355,187) by Belbroughton Storage Company Limited. |
10. | ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY |
The control of the company is exercised by Mr M.J. Anson, Mrs V.E. Anson, Mrs C.S Harwood and Mrs L.M. Dolphin by virtue of their shareholdings. No individual holds more than 50% of the issued share capital. |
