10. | RELATED PARTIES |
At the year-end the company was owed £Nil (2023 - £Nil) from Hamilton Church Limited, a subsidiary company. During the year dividends were received of £1,259,100 (2023 - £Nil). The loan outstanding of £1,094 (2023-£664,485) has been written off in the current financial year. |
The company was owed £Nil (2023 -£Nil) from Egerton NB Limited, a subsidiary company. During the year dividends were received of £155,000 (2023 - £nil).The loan outstanding of £345 (2023-£277,357) has been written off in the current financial year. |
The company owes £Nil (2023- Nil) to Grasswood Limited, an associated company. The loan due in the prior year of £214,127 had been written off in that financial year. |
The company was owed £854,500 (2023 - £160,000l) from BNET Investment Company Limited. Mr Webster, who is a 50% shareholder of this company, is also a 50% shareholder of BNET Investment Company Limited. |
