1.Accounting policies
The business is still in the early phases of building its reputation. It is seasonal and therefore its utilisation of the summer period has shown marked improvement over the prior year. As such it is on a good trajectory to attain profitability in the coming seasons and has no creditors that will risk its operations.
After review of the business by the director and an assessment of performance following the year end it has been concluded the company will begin to operate profitably in the following years.
The ultimate controlling party is Mr K Abou-Dahr by virtue of his 100% ownership.
