Cricket Arena CIC's activities have significantly benefited the community by reducing youth violence and crime through structured sports programmes, fostering inclusivity and social cohesion, and promoting personal growth among participants. Initiatives like the Indoor Leagues and Youth Cricket Series have engaged over 300 participants, including vulnerable groups such as asylum seekers, helping them integrate into the community. Additionally, the organisation has promoted health and well-being through regular sports sessions and enhanced cultural understanding and unity via community engagement events, all of which have contributed to a safer, healthier, and more connected community.
Cricket Arena CIC has regularly consulted with key stakeholders throughout the financial year. Engaging with community members, youth participants, funding bodies, and local cultural and youth organisations has been essential in shaping our programmes to effectively meet community needs. By incorporating feedback and collaborating with these groups, we have ensured that our activities are inclusive, culturally relevant, and aligned with broader social objectives, thereby enhancing our impact and building stronger trust and engagement within the community.
