7. | POST BALANCE SHEET EVENTS |
In order to preserve the company's ability to pay dividends in the future, it is proposed that, under Section 610(4) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company is to reorganise its capital by reducing its capital redemption reserve fund and correspondingly increasing its distributable reserves. |
