The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 December 2023. |
REVIEW OF BUSINESS |
The company has been unable to carryout a development during this financial period following a dispute concerning access to their proposed development site. |
In December 2023 the company recovered the cost of the development land together with some of their legal and associated purchase costs and these are included in other income. |
The company are in the process of further litigation in relation to a claim for loss of earnings as a result connected to the previous litigation. |
The Directors believe, based on Counsels opinion, that their claim will be successful. |
DIVIDENDS |
No dividends will be distributed for the year ended 31 December 2023. |
