    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value addedtaxes. Turnover includes revenue earned from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover isreduced for estimated customer returns, rebates and other similar allowances.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Company activities and impact

The community has benefitted from our expertise and knowledge from a cultural aspect.We are continuing to positively impact community decisions and policies. We are participating in various community initiatives focusing on culture, race and mental health needs of the black population in the Northwest.

Consultation with stakeholders

Our stakeholders are residents of the Greater Manchester area holding important roles within our community. Their backgrounds include mental health care and the business world. Our stakeholders have daily input in our organisation. We have regular meetings and their services are invaluable. This has helped to maintain our profile and network across the UK.

Directors' remuneration

The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £12,320.There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
