The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards

Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation

Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS): The Bounce Back Loan of £50,000 have been received from Government assistance loans related to COVID-19. The government guarantees 100% of the loan and there won't be any fees or interest to pay for the first 12 months. After 12 months the interest rate will be 2.5% a year. The length of the loan is 6 years, but can be repaid earlier without paying a fee. Monthly repayments have been started since Jul-21
