Established in September 2018, Access All Areas Training CIC is the only careers, employment support and IAG service in Melton Melton Mowbray & the surrounding areas. During the financial year 2022-2023, the Companys' activities have benefitted the community in the following ways:- 85 long term unemployed clients into employment outcomes- 180 unemployed clients into work experience, volunteering or training programme- Over 320 clients supported through mentoring, IAG and welfare support. - 35 clients supported through our internal counselling services- In house training outcomes included qualification based for unemployed clients. - Formed the first Youth Council in Melton Mowbray, supporting young people.- Gained AIM and Matrix Accreditation.
In obtaining feedback from Stakeholders and members of the community and partners via the online feedback form and regular meetings allows the company to justify potential areas of growth and innovative ways of supporting customers in the community. The CRM portal has enabled partners to work together in an efficient manner which allows secure information to be provided for prompt referrals and case allocation.
The total amount paid or receivable by directors regarding qualifying services was £9442.88. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for the director's loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
