The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(a)ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and
(b)preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover
Turnover comprises contributions received from the directors towards the cost of services to and the purchase of the freehold property.

Tangible fixed assets
No depreciation is provided on freehold property as it is the policy of the company to maintain the property in such a condition by means of repairs and renovation that no diminution in value occurs. Accordingly the directors consider that the lives of these assets are so long and residual values so high that their depreciation is insignificant. Additionally it is the opinion of the directors that the market value of the property exceeds the cost as shown in the accounts.

Funds held in trust
A bank account is used to hold monies on trust for the freeholders.
