Company activities and impact

The company operated a fitness program for the local community to familiarise them with the importance of exercise and general well being of their health.Diet plans and exercise routines were created for individuals in the local community to further enhance their fitness and improve their current quality of life and maneuverability.This was offered to the local community and was taken up by approximately 70 individuals.

Consultation with stakeholders

The companies stakeholders are the local communities of the Birmingham area. The Director of the company has lived within the community and is well aware of the lack of fitness and poor eating habits of individuals.Everyone was asked as to what improvements they would want to make to their life style and general well being.Various issues were outlined such as poor eating habits, times of eating, types of food which caused weight gain and had an impact on their health and general well being. In some cases the above issues led to being house bound and suffering from illnesses.
