For the year ending 30 November 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006.
2.2. Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax, except in respect of service contracts where turnover is recognised when the company obtains the right to consideration.

6. Related Party Transactions
The company is a management company and each owner of the properties at 1 Park Road is both a director and shareholder. The income of the company is represented by service charges contributed equally by each owner. The income is used in defraying total expenditure on the properties and amounted to £7,500 (2022: £7,500).
Included in accruals & deferred income is £125 (2022: £125) compromising service charge income received in advance.
