Notwithstanding the deficit of assets at the balance sheet date the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, this is on the basis that the directors continue to provided support to the company to enable it to meet its ongoing liabilities. Consequently no adjustments have been made to the financial statements which might arise should the going concern basis not be appropriate. |
