3.Director's Loan
The Director, Mr Darren Collins provided a working capital loan to the company during the year to meet company expenses. The balance outstanding to the Director as at 30th April 2024 was £41,116 (2023 N/A). The loan has no prescribed method of repayment and attracts no interest. This amount is included under the classification of Liabilities.
For the period ending 30 April 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
