4. | SERVICE CHARGES |
Service charges are collected by Mayfield Asset and Property Management Ltd (managing agent). They have an annual service charge budget which is under / over accounted for directly with tenants.There have been issues in collecting these service charges and the directors are considering what recovery action to take. |
5. | CORPORATION TAX |
The company does not trade nor this have any investment income but merely acts to control the site and carry out legal obligations in connections with the smooth running of the business park. Hence there is no liability to corporation tax. |

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for: |
