After the balance sheet date, the company has ceased trading and the director intends to dissolve the company. As required by UK accounting standards, the director has prepared the financial statements on the basis that the company is no longer a going concern. No material adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis as the director will wind down the company in a controlled manner and settle all liabilities as they fall due. |
