Provision of weekly baby and family music and movement classes. These provide families with new babies and young children with positive activities to enjoy and engage together with social, communicative and musical outcomes at its core. Provision of group music appreciation classes for 3–5-year-olds. These continue to provide holistic, creative musical learning and development in pre-school ages, including supporting language development and the opportunity to engage in real instruments. Provision of small group instrumental tuition for families unable to access private tuition, benefitting many families across the local communities. Weekend and weekday small group and one to one musical storytelling and lessons for young children with additional needs including autism and language delay, benefitting from holiday clubs in creative musical play. Extended music provision for nursery groups and SEND groups in local and nearby communities. Festival and workshop events involving musical stories and shows for babies, young children, SEND children and their families to support learning and social skills in their children. Training in music for the early years sector. Online and practical skills-based training in early childhood music for educators, SEND specialists and early years educators to support communication, social and learning skills in nursery and special settings. Resources for the early years sector and families Includes instruments, clothing, songs, stories and music teaching books for families, early years people and young children.
The primary stakeholders include early years educators, music teachers, specialist providers (special educational needs and disability – SEND) and specialist facilitators. Consultation is made through regular meetings (termly) followed by action taken on documentation update safety, digital and blend access, facility and site adaptation and guidance resources put in place for continued access to delivery of services. Key stakeholders in the business include school and nursery heads, teachers in the early years sector, partnership/consortium leads and head of SEND units including special needs schools, festival leads and department (music) leads. Core stakeholders include babies, young children, primary ages and children with communication delay and additional needs.
The total value of the Directors’ Remuneration is £40,917. Director E Raworth received a salary of £40,917 in the year.
