Principal Activities The principal activities of the company during the period was providing support services to women from ethnic minority background between ages of 18-35. The company ran various number of projects and service to promote mental health to those persons. Small companies’ provision statement The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 (the Act) relating to companies subject to the small companies' regime within Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006.
For the year ended 31 January 2024, Several Seats services supported women directly and indirectly across the UK struggling with their mental health. Our mission is to champion, support and encourage ethnic minority women to share their stories and lived experiences and normalise conversations about mental health. Beneficiaries of our services Several Seats' main beneficiaries are women belonging to ethnic minority backgrounds struggling with common mental health difficulties.
No remuneration was received
