During the year the company has provided free and low-cost fitness and martial arts sessions to members of the local community. These sessions aim to improve both the physical and mental health of participants as well as improving overall fitness levels. The company hopes that the provision of these activities also will improve the self confidence and self esteem of those taking part.
The company's primary stakeholders are members of the local community and community groups who attend the sessions provided. Ay sessions participants are invited to give feedback. This feedback is used to assist in the planning of future sessions, so that the needs of participants can be addressed.
