NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
1. DIRECTORS' ADVANCES, CREDIT AND GUARANTEES
Included within creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year of £130,901 (2022: £139,451) are loans from the directors as follows: J. Cobb £26,952 (2022: £29,102) Ms S. Kemp £27,343 (2022: £29,493) G. A. Murphy £32,054 (2022: £34,554) These loans are interest free with no fixed repayment date. The directors did not undertake any further transactions with the company that require disclosure.
2. ACCOUNTING BASIS AND STANDARDS
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities regime.
3. EMPLOYEE NUMBERS
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year, being the directors of the company, amounted to 3 (2022: 3).
For the year ending 30th November 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476 ;
- The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements .
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
