8. | FUTURE MAINTENANCE EXPENDITURE |
The directors have estimated that essential maintenance works estimated at £5,000 will have to be carried out within the next twelve months. Details of the required works are set out in the Directors Report. Section 20 notices will be issued to shareholders as required. |
