Total fixed asset investments comprise: Interest in subsidiary undertakings £1 £2 The company owns 100% of the issued share capital of Karali Services Limited, which company is registered in England. At 31 December 2022 (the date of the last financial year), the aggregate capital and reserves of Karali Services Limited was a deficit of £596,607 (2021: surplus £35,907) and the loss for the financial year ended on that date was £632,514 (2021: profit £41,323). At 30 November 2022 the company also owned 100% of the issued share of Karali Ventures Limited. In October 2023 a Special Resolution was passed that Karali Ventures Limited be voluntarily wound up and the company is in the process of being dissolved. No payment is due to the company.
