Principal Activities

Dawlish Software Ltd. specialises in the creation, implementation and support of bespoke software solutions. Our mission is to deliver innovative and reliable software that meets the unique needs of our clients across various industries.

Political and charitable donations

We have made no political donations, yet we have helps charities and non-profits with software, although no financial donations were made.

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

We have successfully launched several new software products and expanded our client base both domestically and internationally. Our revenue has increased compared to the previous year, reflecting the strong demand for our services. Looking ahead, Dawlish Software is committed to continuing its growth trajectory. We plan to invest in research and development to further enhance our product offerings and explore new market opportunities. Additionally, we aim to expand our support services to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. The company is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance. The board of directors meets regularly to review the company’s performance and strategic direction. We have also implemented robust risk management practices to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The directors are responsible for preparing the annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Company law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law, the directors have prepared the financial statements in accordance with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (UK GAAP). In conclusion, Dawlish Software Ltd. has had a successful year, marked by significant achievements and strong financial performance. We are optimistic about the future and remain dedicated to delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.
