International Lighthouse CIC, standing at the forefront of the protection of rights and interests of Eastern European citizens living in the UK. Equally making sure those citizens abide by UK laws and carry on the responsibility for their intentional failures to adhere to requirements set and ignorance of liability that comes with it. Brexit has brought multiple changes to lives of European nationals in UK. International Lighthouse CIC took on responsibility of raising awareness, assisting and guiding our clients and customers on their options of staying in UK after January 2021 under EUSS rules. Being a company which has a direct interest in ensuring EU citizens living, working, and settling in the UK are feeling comfortable about the system and practices involved in spheres of day-to-day engagements, such as with Local Authority, Home Office, Police and routine encounters with private traders, next-door neighbour and many more. International Lighthouse CIC is only taking on matters which it competent to resolve. Where we are lacking expertise or knowledge, we are not hesitating to involve a specialist third-party, at the same time ensuring that a client is fully informed prior to and during the transfer. We tend to provide aspects of client care free of charge even if we pass the case over to our colleagues, as long as all parties involved are happy and comfortable with such arrangement. We pride ourselves on being the firm that places clients' actual benefit and real interests first. We provide guidance, support, and information on legal and general matters, covering a wide scope of engagement ranging from a simple inquiry letter to an open multi-group dialogue, negotiating and achieving the best outcome possible for our clients in their circumstances. We are also qualified immigration advisers under Office of Immigration Service Commissioners for LVL 1 (EUSS). We have also obtained Commercial Mediation Certificate and planning to register with Mediation Council UK in 2022. The majority of our clients are members of EEA communities who are tangled up in the legalities of their difficulties and are unable to afford high-street advice service, so end up falling for rogue traders presenting themselves as qualified professionals. They obtain and follow such unqualified and uncertified advice, ending up with greater problems that could have been avoided from the start. We pride ourselves in tackling rouge market of advisers and unregistered consultants who mislead public and avoiding taking responsibility for their advice.
