2Off balance sheet arrangements
1. Director's loans of £10,000, interest free, refundable with no time limit and only if decided appropriate and affordable at sole discretion of the company, were made during this term. These loans have not been included as a liability of the company as they are only repayable, with no time restriction, at sole discretion of the company. In the event that these loans have to be repaid against the wishes of the company, the director(s) are content that such liability can be met from philanthropic sources available to the company.

2. Scholarships grants to 8 undergraduate science students totalling £5,395 were made during this term.

3. Miscellaneous expenses totalling £4,397.55 (including two director trips to India to visit universities and colleges and meet scholarship students) were made during this term.
