1.Accounting policies

Going concern

The accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in the future.
The balance sheet shows an insolvent position as at 31 December 2023 with net liabilities of £7,211 (2022: £8,110). This position may indicate that the company is unable to pay its liabilities as and when they fall due. 
The main liability of the company is monies owed to Rushcliff Limited via an intercompany loan. Both company's share the same directors. Rushcliff Limted have been financially supporting the company over the past few years. The directors have given assurances that these liabilities will not be called for unless funds allow and that Rushcliff Limited will continue to support the company. 
As a result the directors feel it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on the going concern basis.
