These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A of Financial |
Reporting Standard 102 ''The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'' and the |
Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical costs convention as |
modified by the revaluation of certain assets. |
Property, plant and equipment
Property, plant and equipment, other than freehold land, are stated at cost or valuation less depreciation and any provision for impairment. Depreciation is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost or valuation of fixed assets, less their estimated residual value, over their expected useful lives on the following basis: |

7. Parent-subsidiary relationship |
7.1 The ultimate parent undertaking is EJC Propco 1A Ltd. The ultimate controlling party is Mr Edmund Coyle by virtue of his shareholding in the parent company. 7.2 Audit report information for the subsidiary company As the income statement has been omitted from the filing of the financial statements, the following information in relation to the audit report on the statutory financial statements is provided in accordance with s444(5B) of the Companies Act 2006: The auditors report was unqualified. The senior statutory auditor was Mr Noel Conn and the auditor was Noel Conn & Company. |
