3.Directors Advances, Credits and Guarantees
Included within other creditors is an interest-free loan; that is repayable on demand, that was provided by Mr and Mrs Brackenridge who are both directors of the company. As at 29 February 2024, the company owed Mr and Mrs Brackenridge £11,326 (2022: 12,321)
For the year ending 29 February 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
