Company activities and impact

Lollipop Mentoring CIC offers tailored workshops and mentoring and coaching services to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Its workshop topics include mentorship, intersectionality, unconscious bias, and diversity and inclusion consultancy. We provide mcntorship to senior leadership, employees, and Black women employees, and offer a reverse mcntorship scheme for senior managers to be paired \Vith mentees. Lollipop also offers a bespoke internship program, working with businesses to cultivate diverse and mutually fulfilling interm,hip , and helping to recruit and facilitate the mooth running of the program. We are committed to helping businesses and individuals challenge and address biases, and to promoting diversity and inclusion in the ,vorkplace.Lollipop Mentoring CIC is a non-profit organisation that connects Black professional women with mentors to improve leadership, networking, and mental health. The organisation offers mentorship, workshops, and leadership training to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and has delivered successful programs with 350 rnentees and mentors. Lollipop also offers a bespoke internship program to help businesses cultivate diverse and mutually fulfilling internships.So far lollipop have helped circa 60 people improve confidence and leadership skills.
