2Off balance sheet arrangements
The Directors present their report and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023.
The principle activities of the company are the management and administration of the three flats situated at 2 Upper Belgrave Road, Bristol BS8 2XQ.
In March it was agreed by the Directors to replace a quarter section of the garage roof, replace the door and rebuild the wall supporting the roof.
In July work started on the front driveway. The works included; resurfacing of the broken slabs, supporting rocks replaced with walls and new coping stones, lighting and electrics fitted (supply from Flat 2), gates repainted and rehung. Work finished in December. It was agreed that as most of the work was none essential, the majority of the costs would be payable by Flat 2, with smaller contributions from Flat 1 and Flat 3. Payments for this sat outside of the management company accounts.
