Turnover |
Income is derived from the rental of freehold properties and is recognised on an accruals basis. Certain freehold properties have an option to tax for Value Added Tax, however turnover is shown in the profit and loss net of Value Added Tax. |

The company was under the control of its directors throughout the current and previous year. |
The directors of the company are directors of B.S & R.Price (Properties) Limited who owns 40% of the share capital of Cambrian Price Properties Limited. The amount owed to B.S & R.Price (Properties) Limited as at the year end was £600,000 (2023: £600,000). |
Dividends paid during the year totalled £17,000 . |
