The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 December 2023

Principal activities of the company

Anchor mental health sells pre-loved clothing and new and used plant and mechanics parts through online platforms and websites. The funds raised from these sales will go to investing time and training into those people in the community who may need a second chance due to suffering from mental health issues. The main factors in the decline of mental health in society are financial issues and feeling dissatisfied, overworked and underpaid in the workplace.

The company promotes the circular economy and keeps products in circulation longer, providing good quality and choice in second hand clothing, promotion of better work place practices for better mental health and promoting better mental health through creativity, hobbies and interests.
