The service charge assets and liabilities of 32 Pont Street, SW1 of which the company is trustee, have in previous years been included as equal and opposite entries in the company's balance sheet and notes. These have now been excluded in both the current year and comparative figures in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release 3/11. |

Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
