These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents rental income receivable from tenanted property

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Depreciation is provided at the following rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life. Plant & Machinery, etc -33% on reducing balance
