Company activities and impact

The company helps vulnerable parts of the community by way of providing access to suitable long-term housing options, working with Kent County Council, to support people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and those on the autistic spectrum.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company stakeholders, Kent County Council, have vast experience in working with housing and social services, and provide various housing benefits to support people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. There has been consultation between the company and its stakeholder to specifically provide these housing benefits.
