1. General Information
Clifton Lodge Bournemouth Limited Registered number 02373575 is a limited by guarantee company incorporated in England & Wales. The Registered Office is 165 Alder Road, Poole, BH12 4AN.

The principal activity of the company is the management and administration of property known as Clifton Lodge for the benefit of the leaseholders. The monies collected from the leaseholders as service charges and the related debtors and creditors are held in trust under the Landlord and Tenant Legislation. Separate service charge accounts are prepared.

3. Company limited by guarantee
