The company's activities benefited the community where the Festival takes place as well as supporting local businesses, musicians, artists and facilitators of creative work shops from across the Tees Valley and beyond. Wintertide Festival CIC brings the streets to life, illuminating and animating public spaces to engage, inspire and spark curiosity. All activities inform our programme which consists of an opening parade, music performances, creative workshops, art market, carnival, art trail and fireworks. Through partnership working Wintertide Festival CIC supports local businesses, historical sites and small traders through promotion, opportunity to trade and bringing new audiences to the area. The Festival encourages community cohesion, promoting a joined up approach across sectors.
Main events include year round projects linking with education establishments, residents and community groups.
Total directors remuneration paid in the year amounts to £18,000.
