Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2023 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents the amount derived from the provision of goods and services falling within the company's activities after deduction of trade discounts and value added tax.In the opinion of the directors, none of the turnover of the company is attributable to geographical markets outside the UK.

Tangible fixed assets and depreciation policy

Depreciation of fixed assets is calculated to write off their cost or valuation less any residual value over their estimated useful lives as follows: Fixtures, fittings and Equipment 25% on written down basis.

Other accounting policies

Stocks and inventory are valued at the lower of cost and net realisable value.
