The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2024

Principal activities of the company

The principal activities of the company relate to the development and construction of housing. During the period, the company’s turnover was £nil (2023: £nil) and cost of sales were £nil (2023: £nil). SIB Property Ltd incurred administrative expenses of negative £nil (2023: £7k) giving rise to a profit on ordinary activities before tax of £nil (2023: loss £7k). The Directors have not recommended the payment of a dividend. A qualifying charitable donation of £nil will be paid to the parent in the 9 months following the year end; sufficient distributable reserves exist to make payment at this level, resulting in a corporation tax payment being due on the remaining profits, totalling £nil. The company currently has no ongoing development schemes. The company has the ongoing support of its parent company which has significant assets and resources.
