The directors have followed guidance from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and have prepared these financial statements. The company collects service charges from the tenants which it uses to pay common expenses. Under S.42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 service charges are regarded as trust funds and so these transactions are not considered to be financial transactions of the company. |
