1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Thirty Seven To Fifty Nine Wetherby Mansions Limited is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain assets.

Service Charge Balances
The service charge assets and liabilities of 37-59 Wetherby Mansions, Earls Court Square, London SW5, of which the company is trustee, have in previous years been included as equal and opposite entries in the company's balance sheet and notes. These have now been excluded in both the current year and comparative figures in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release 3/11.

Turnover
Turnover represents rental income for the year.

Property valuation
The freehold investment property is shown at valuation by the directors on an open market basis. The surplus net of deferred tax is credited to non distributable reserves.

3. EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2022 - NIL).
