London Metropolitan Forum CIC (LMF) operates its activities in accordance with its mandate for operations. The vision of the organisation is to operate as the catalyst for transformation change in the community and society at large. LMF impacts the young adults in the community positively, shaping our generation. We do this through transforming the Eco-system of the world, influence policies, systems and structures that affect discrimination, inequality, poverty and marginalisation, to that which promote the values and principles of the Kingdom. LMF runs workshops, events, and conferences using modern technology and social media platforms. These events are run virtually and in person. LMF provides a platform for nurturing young Christians for practical impact in the society. The impactful workshops include basic financial management, back to university programmes, graduate events, career progression, preparing young adults to live fulfilling lifestyles. Employment initiates and CV writing. We establish a think-tank dedicated to addressing prevalent societal issues. We are developing the next generation of Godly leaders in core sectors of the society. LMF services are open to young adults and Christian businesses.
London Metropolitan Forum (LMF) sets its activities and operations with its stakeholders in mind. Its stakeholders share the same vision and values with the organisation. Our young Adults are involved in running 90% of events and part of the activities of the organisation with supervision by directors of the organisation and assigned mentors. We hold regular meetings to discuss and deliberate on the next steps of the organisation, embracing effective changes and to implement core ethics and tools for progressing the vision of the organisation. T This approach has helped the company improve its membership rate and communication with the people of like minds and similar operations and vision. The approach has also strengthened our ability to collaborate and form partnerships for successful delivery of services.
