Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The Company is responsible for the management of Twin Oaks Property Management Limited and collects service charges from Free-holders in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the Property known as the Communal road of Twin Oaks, Botley, Southampton. SO30 2BF. The Service Charge funds are held in Trust for the Free-holders as required by the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987. Transactions relating to the management of the property are reported separately to the Free-holders and, hence, are excluded from the Company's financial statements. |

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Twin Oaks Property Management Limited for the year ended 31 December 2023 which comprise the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |
