Directors' benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

During the year the total advances made to Mr G J Kirk and Mrs C Kirk, directors of the company, was £63,128. The advances were interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. The amounts repaid during the year were £84,949. At 31 December 2023 the balance owed to the company was £57,069 (2022 - £78,890).

During the year the total advances made to Mr J Kirk, a director of the company, was £9,592. The advances were interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. The amounts repaid during the year were £10,586. At 31 December 2023 the balance owed to the company was £41,394 (2022 - £42,388).

During the year the total advances made to Mr A Kirk, a director of the company, was £31,200. The advances were interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. The amounts repaid during the year were £10,586. At 31 December 2023 the balance owed to the company was £59,538 (2022 - £38,924).

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the profit and loss account within the financial statements.true
