The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

1 Accounting policies
Accounting convention
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
The company is a residents' property management company. In accordance with guidance issued by the accounting and chartered surveying regulatory bodies, the accounts of the company are presented as dormant accounts. All its transactions which involve the members of the company are accounted for separately in a statement of annual income and relevant expenses prepared for the members. The company has no power to pay dividends to its members.
Freehold property
The company owns the freehold of 50/52 Lauriston Road, Hackney, London E9 7EY which is an investment property and is valued at cost in these accounts. In the opinion of the directors this approximates to market value.
2 Controlling party
In the opinion of the directors there is no one controlling party.
