The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention. |

In accordance with guidance issued by the accounting and chartered surveying regulatory bodies, the accounts of the company are presented as dormant accounts. All its transactions which involve the members of the company are accounted for separately in a statement of annual income and relevant expenses prepared for the members. The company has no power to pay dividends to its members. |
