In Our Nature Project design and delivery: Delivery partner, through coaching and facilitation supporting local residents and community groups in their climate action projects GreaterSport Consultancy: Supporting Greater Manchester Walking and Cycling Co-ordination & Advisory Group in developing schemes and initiatives designed and delivered in a way that meets local needs through the collation of system-wide lessons on engagement National Lottery Climate Action Fund Mentoring Programme: Providing Mentor support to Climate Action Fund Grantees in support of their effective communication, collaboration and engagement in their communities The Federation Community Sustaining Programme (for the Co-op Foundation): Supporting social businesses in Manchester to decide the future of their network together Telling the Our Streets Story: Developing a set Good Practice Engagement Guides as a a system-facing trilogy, to improve relationships between local residents and system-based actors, including the following Guides: A Conceptual Framework: Being receptive for Community Engagement A Toolkit to explore Best Practise Community Engagement Factors Preparing for and reflecting upon Best Practise Community Engagement
Stakeholders: Local residents VCSE sector partners Public Sector partners We gather participant feedback survey data, and inherent in the work we do is the inclusion of participants in the design and planning of what is delivered. Parts of our Programme Session agenda’s are open - giving participants space to inform what we deliver as part of their experience. By volunteering as part of strategic sector networks (Manchester Inclusive Economy, Greater Manchester Walking and Cycling Advisory Group) we continue to consult the VCSE and Public Sector beyond those who commission us to ensure that our work remains relevant to these stakeholders.
