Over the year we've established comprehensive training sessions to ensure that both our staff and volunteers are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively implement roller sport initiatives. We have been collaborating with local businesses that can support our intended roller sport projects, this will increase community engagement and funding opportunities for local youth. Preparations are underway to implement key project work aimed at enhancing roller sport awareness. This step is essential in order for us to promote visibility and encourage greater participation at a grassroots level. Additionally, educational resources are being created to inform local youth about pathways to Olympic competition. The groundwork laid during this preparatory phase sets the stage for a successful rollout of initiatives designed to elevate roller sports in the public consciousness.
We have been developing methods for regular updates and feedback among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with our project goals and objectives.. We have also designed metric protocols to assess the effectiveness of our project work, allowing for adjustments based on performance data and participant feedback. We've been building our social media presence to be able to promote projects, share success stories, engage with our youth cohorts and the wider community, thereby raising awareness about roller sport activities and garner feedback.
