1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

Trust Real Estate Ltd is a private company, limited by shares , registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).


2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Significant judgements and estimates
The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgement in applying the company's accounting policies.

Turnover
Turnover represents sales of services net of VAT and is recognised when the services are provided to the customer.

Financial instruments
The company enters into basic financial instruments transactions that result in the recognition of financial assets and liabilities like trade and other debtors and creditors.

Operating leases
Rentals under operating leases are charged to the profit and loss account on a straight line basis over the lease term.

Going concern
The company has ceased trading and will go into voluntary liquidation. The financial statements have been prepared on the basis other than going concern. The parent company Trust Real Estate Group Limited will also go into voluntary liquidation.

The directors consider there to be no difference between the valuation on a going concern basis and valuation on liquidation.

Cash and cash equivalent
Cash is represented by cash in hand and deposits with financial institutions repayable without penalty on notice of not more than 24 hours. Cash equivalents are highly liquid investments that mature in no more than three months from the date of acquisition and that are readily convertible to known amounts of cash with insignificant risk of change in value.

Creditors
Short term creditors are measured at the transaction price. Other financial liabilities are measured initially at fair value, net of transaction costs, and are measured subsequently at amortised cost using the effective interest method.

The average number of employees during the year was NIL (2023 - 4 ).
